Calgary is a big city well over 1.1 million people and covers well over 300 miles square. It is divided into four quadrants. The Bow River which cuts the city in half and runs beside Memorial Dr. divides the north side from the south side.
Calgary MLS Zone A in the Northwest basically from Deerfoot Trail on the east boundary to Rockyridge and Tuscany,Tanglewood and Valleyridge on the west side with more new communities to the west again.
Calgary MLS Zone B which is the Northeast has it’s west boundary as Deerfoot Trail and going over to 68 St and further east.
Calgary MLS Zone C is Southwest. It starts in downtown core and has Macleod Trail as the most eastern boundary and heads straight west toward the mountains. When you run out of space for the city then the city limits end and after that are the acreages in rural Rockyview and rural Foothills.
Calgary MLS Zone D is the Southeast quadrant and runs from MacLeod Trail east.
